Hmmm...if we gave them fancy titles ("First Golden Imperial Governor and Plenipotentiary") and a desk name plate, would they be more assertive?

My first wife (mother of my coin mad son) was a Noo Yawkuh. The second and current one is a southern gal. Born in Virginia, lived all over the south, now an Alabaman.
