Received some change from grocery store a few years back. Noticed this was kinda shiny but not one of the newer designs and checked date 1994. Good condition coin for being circulated. Just trying to find out if theres any great value. Thanks

Your coin appears to be a proof coin that entered circulation. Since all proofs are assumed to have full steps, due to the special minting process they undergo, NGC will not give them the "Full step" designation. Also, since the coin is circulated, it will not grade high enough to make it worth the expense of having it graded. Just enjoy it as a novelty.

Do NOT send it in for grading.  Even if it were to come back as a PF69 Deep Cameo it wouldn't be worth what it would cost to have it graded.  And it it came back lower than that it's worth a couple dollars at best.

I absolutely would not spend the money to have it certified!  It's worth something like a dollar retail at most.
