Is this 1960 small over large or other way around and is ot worth grading 0

Not a Small over Large.

Here is what to look for.

From your photos this appears to me as just a small date and not a small over large, as you have the coin in hand I suggest you compare it to a known example on Heritage.  As to having it graded the coin looks MS65 max to me and even if it is a sm over lg I'm not sure it would be worth the cost of slabbing unless you want it for a registry set.

Im not following your accusations. I took a picture with my Samsung Note 20 which has 100X space zoom and I zoomed in on the Lincoln cent

No one is accusing you of altering the photos, but if you look at the photos you have posted you should be able to see that they are not very sharp or clear which is due to photo compression.  At any rate the photos are good enough that you have your answer, you do not have a 60 sm date over lg date.
