This goes to my point in another thread about the UK becoming more slab tolerant (or accepting). It's a slow evolution, but it is happening. Will this issue be a bust? Don't know - but it is interesting that the Royal Mint has decided to go that route. I believe the Mayflower left England on this date for the new world. 

With all of the misguided protesters tearing down Columbus statues - post a Columbus related coin.
