The dime looks to be damage from a wire cutter or similar tool which is not an error.  The retained cud on the Lincoln is good error and has some value, how much is tough to say as the error market is tough to predict.  I won't attempt a wild guess as I am not an error collector, you might try checking closed auction on ebay to see if you can find anything close and what it sold for.

Ok sorry in your first pic it looked incuse on my monitor, have you checked ebay to find anything similar in the closed/sold listings for either?   Hopefully someone that buys or sells errors like this can also chime in.

I've done a Google search and a current ebay search for this year errors and came up with nothing
