No updates on submission / no response to mails 0

Hi,

My submissions are now at NGC for close to 8 weeks. I’ve sent two emails last week and one this week asking for estimated finalizing / shipping dates, but no one responded to the emails. Not sure why the usually responsive customer support team has been so unresponsive this time around.

Hi Lisa,

I am facing the same issue. Send 4 mail since March 18, 2021 asking on procedure how to resend back the one of my graded coin but with Wrong Holder Labeling Description Issue but no one respond to the email.
