Submission Tiers and Fees 0

I am brand new to collecting (well, I collected until I was 12ish, but that was a lifetime ago), so forgive the simpleton questions coming -

If I am submitting something like a 2019 West Point quarter for grading, would that be a part of the Modern or Economy tier?

Is the $10 handling fee applied to each coin?

Dear NCJ,

Thank you.  The $10 handling fee is per submission not per coin.  If you are going to be sending coin dated 1955 to present, valued $2000 or less per coin, you can submit on the Modern Tier.  The cost will be $17 per coin plus return shipping, insurance and, handling.
