Original cost of First Day Coin Covers back in 2000 0

I have a sealed, never opened, white cardboard Q18 envelope with a First Day Coin Cover for the 2000 New Hampshire state quarter inside.  Does anyone know what the US Mint sold these to the public for back in 2000?  I see opened and unopened sets online at different prices but just curious what the original purchase price was.  I'm just can't seem to find that in any of my search results.

I'm not a collector of the state quarters or for the most part modern coins at all.  I just have this one First Day Cover and was curious as to what they originally sold for new.
