Shipping discounts with FedEx for NGC members

I was talking to a representative for Ship and Insure about reactivating my account there.  She said she thought there was a discount for NGC members when shipping to NGC (and perhaps to CAC?) through FedEx.  Is there any information you can provide on any shipping discounts available to NGC members.

Dear Coinbuf,

Ship and Insure offers discounted rates through them.  NGC does not offer that discount.
