Man was not created to live in an atmosphere devoid of life, gravity and air.  (If it were up to me, I would pull the rug out from under the Space Force and cut the space exploration budget, NASA, et al. to $0.00).

It is interesting but prohibitively expensive.

He also wasn't created to travel under the surface of the water for long periods, to fly through the air,  or to travel along the ground at more than about 12 MPH.  On the other hand he did evolve to think and use tools, which allows all these other things to be possible.

What do you think it cost for the first trips across the Atlantic?  The cost of setting up settlements in the "New World"?  For the time they were also fantastically expensive.  Better to have just stayed in Europe and never sailed West, just save the money.

What have they found "out there," after spending millions, billions and now trillions of dollars, that has improved the quality of your life -- or anyone else's for that matter?

Advances in medicine and remote monitoring heart assist devices, , improvements in communication, improved weather prediction, advances in materials science

@Conder101  ... Unfortunately, QA, the insignificant gnat is no match for the Mighty Conder and the OP who exposed him for the shameless "rag picker" he has never denied being shall pursue this off-topic matter elsewhere, if he has a sense of decorum, and a lick of common sense.   Apologies to all.                   😉
