Just wondering are these common. I know it's not a dramatic rotate coin . But really interesting though.

Collectors of rotations like them rotated 180° with a  minimum of 90° so there is not much value in yours but keep it as an example if you like. It will only cost you one cent.

I have never researched the presses used by private minting companies, as compared to the ones used by the US Mint, but rotated dies seem to be very prevalent on trade-tokens.
