I do not think it is.

Ask yourself if it is worth adding another $35 or more to what it cost you?

If the answer is yes then look into sending it in too your chosen TPG.

It is your coin do with it as you please.

I grade the coin as VG8 or VG10, value is around $130 or so for graded coins, or $100ish as is.  Having it graded might it easier to sell to collectors but the difference in price between selling it as is vs in a holder will not be worth the cost of grading.
