if you think this could be mint damage ask yourself 'How could this happen during minting?'.

When you think you have an answer try to explain it to see if it makes sense.

This is a logic test. Is it logical to happen? If not, it is not mint damage.

Also if it was MINT damage the coin most likely would not have been circulated as much. Yours has been used extensively until the damage happened
