Grading Question 0

I'm sending in a 2000 p Sacagawea Speared Eagle in for grade. I'm not really sure which tier to go with. Literally my first time.

It definitely is a Wounded Eagle but unfortunately the coin looks circulated and / or cleaned. 

Probably not worth grading IMHO

It would probably be Variety PLUS On Submittal

It's definitely circulated, I have not cleaned it.  But its literally my first Rare coin. So it's settle mental value. But thanks for ur guidance.
