New Kennedy Half Variety? 0

I received my 2020 Proof Set today. I noticed on the reverse of the Kennedy half-dollar there is no cameo contrast frosting on the shaft of the leftmost upper arrow.

Do you think this could be a new die variety for the Kennedy Half Dollar?

The arrow shaft is also a bit narrower than it should be, and this may be the result of a partially clogged die. That's more of a quality-control issue than a variety, and it remains to be seen whether it will attract collector interest.
