lordches Posted March 6, 2020 Share Posted March 6, 2020 Recently purchased a MS70 silver eagle, on the back side they put a tag over the NGC hologram in the upper right, when I peeled it off, part of the hologram came off. However, some people prefer a holder that is in pristine condition. If you would like the coin encapsulated in a new holder, it can be submitted under the ReHolder service.
