Does NGC recognize the 1921 Peace Dollar VAM 1-H (satin proof dies)? 0

Does NGC recognize and attribute the 1921 Peace Dollar VAM 1-H (the 1921 struck using the "Satin Proof Die")?

May I ask why, given that the 1921 struck with satin proof dies is

such an important, easily recognizable, and valuable variety.

 

I also note that NGC does recognize many other much more

minor 1921 Peace dollar varities, hence my confusion over

the lack of this specific historic and major variety.
