2011 25th Anniversary ASE set 0

I have 3 of 2011 ASE 25th anniversary sets in mint sealed packaging dated within the first 3 weeks of Nov 2011.  Can I submit these for grading as early release?

Hi Greg,

Thank you.  No as to qualify for Early or First Releases, the coins must be in our facility within 30 days of release from The Mint.

since they are sealed in mint shipping boxes can they be graded with the 2011 bullion coin graded as 2011 S ?
