Picture a little dark but going by the lines it looks reduced in size so it is probably a Dryer Coin.

That would be classed as damage with no extra value.

In the future, please crop your photos, this will increase the size.

Hi greenstang, I have one of those and mine isn't reduced in size. Would mine be a dryer coin also or something different. And mine isn't as bad of the one his pic. Should I do a new post on mine so you can check  mine out. Now I know what I'm looking at, mine could be the same thing. Hmmm. Thanks
