Just a normal Philadelphia mint dime, worth 10 cents.  You won't find the rare no S proof in circulation.

As the others have stated, the 1975 "no S" dime can only be found in proof sets. They are extremely rare, with only two examples currently known to exist. The business strike coins with no mint mark were struck in Philadelphia, and there were 585,673,900 minted, so they are not rare.
