1909 proof Cent Help 0

[TON Collection]

Now this cent is very similar to the ones under pcgs coin app. It has the flat edges and same features seems i could maybe have a match. Am i way off?

The subject coin is not a proof. Though its obverse rim is squared off from about 7-10 o'clock, it is otherwise rounded. In addition, Lincoln's lapel is partially diminished from die polishing, something that would not have been permitted on a proof die of the period.
