There must be such a small difference between the 69 and 70 that it might come down to someone not having a good cup of coffee in the morning. J.  Really - I have never been able to distinguish between the two grades. 

In any event, nice pickup - beautiful design.

Nearly all of these have slightest friction on high spots due to shipping in rolls. Merely removing them from these tight rolls will cause this slight friction on highest spots. Be careful because even MS 70 coins can have this friction seen even on PCGS coins priced higher.
