I don't collect Mercury dimes, but judging by another grading site the obverse looks very close to VG8 and the reverse more like G4. As such, a $40-110 coin is borderline for getting graded. Judging by sold listings on ebay you would get close to that range and not be out the grading fees. Others with more experience can comment.
