I found this coin roll hunting can you help me it's unreadable!

Looks like EVERYTHING went hay wire this coins day in the mint!

That did not happen at the mint, in my opinion. I think your coin spent some time buried in the ground, possibly in some very acidic soil. (or very alkaline soil - I have never done any experimenting to see if the damage is different.) It could also have been in a fire, or been subjected to chemicals which damaged it, just to name two more possible causes.
