I found this quarter with a odd e /r on liberty. Is this post or pre damage. If you notice the bottom part of the e is odd. The rear leg of the r is also odd. Is this a post mint. Damage

First of all you are in the wrong  forum, this is the place for buying and selling coins. Perhaps a mod can move it.

That looks like it may have been caused by die deterioration. In the future, please post a full shot of both sides of the coin as well as the close-up of your area of concern. This can be important in evaluating your coin.
