I'm confused with your question. If it was a 25 cent die struck on a dime planchet, would it not show George Washington instead of Roosevelt.

All I see is a badly damaged dime.

Im confused because i aligned qtr next to this and the eagle is exactly the same size head and the neck flows down the same size so how did the eagle head get on this dime
