You are correct i am assuming it is that coin that they caught a thief with at the mont.my problem is my camara sucks but i can see where the dot has worn off over time

Besides the "worn dot"  being too large, another area to point out is that you can see the same type of mark just above the N and on the top right side of the O.

But by all means if you still believe it is genuine, send it off to be graded. It's your money.
