This forum is for coins, you might not get much response. You should post it in the PMG (Paper Money Grading) section of NGC.
Also your picture is upside down.
A better picture would also be a good idea, you say it is 1935, but I can tell it has a series letter, but can't determine what the letter is. Still, in general silver certificates other than series 1928 C, D, and E are usually pretty low value unless they are in exceptional condition, or a significant error note.
