Would this be considered as a DDOR I am so use to finding mechanical doubling or repunch

Your lighting with the reflection makes it a little hard to determine but it looks like their are serifs on the N & G  on IN GOD which would make it a DDO.

On the reverse it looks like Machine Doubling. 

Die Doubling isn't one of my strong points so hopefully someone else can add an opinion.

The obverse looks like it may be doubled on a portion of the IN GOD WE TRUST.  The reverse looks like machine doubling.

Your new pics just affirm the reverse is a late die stage.  Still no doubled die reverse. 

Is the coin out of a mint set or did you get it out of circulation?
