I believe this might be the 1958-P Franklin Half Type 2?

The details on the eagle are very strong and I believe it has the 3 feathers on the end of the left wing. I'm a newbie, I've only been collecting for about right under a year and this is my first UNC Franklin half dollar purchase and I got it at a flea market for $20.

With the distinct wings on the eagle, I would say it is a Type II.
