Hello again another error coin that I need someone to shed some light on please 🤔

The error occurred when someone took it out of circulation and abraded both sides of what was minted a perfectly good nickel. Since they damaged it and gained nothing, seems like a mistake to me.

No possible way that can be an error. It is only an error if it happens during the striking of the coin.

What you have is a well worn and damaged coin. PMD
