Because there isn't one.  As far as I know, branch mint proofs for Morgans have been certified for the following dates: 1879-O, 1883-O, 1883-CC, 1884-CC, 1895-O.  They are all extremely rare, to the point where you really shouldn't worry about them because you won't just find them in the normal course of business unless your normal course of business is having a regular collectible budget in the six figures and you go to many high profile auctions.  Just focus on nice business strikes or regular Philly proofs, depending on your budget.....you'll be a lot happier.  Don't drive yourself crazy chasing these unicorns.

There were no proof Morgan dollars minted in New Orleans in 1885. That is why you can't find one.
