my submission is showing shipped but it also is showing grading/quality control ???  if it's supposedly shipped i don't see my grades posted ..

Thank you for contacting us. Is this still the case? If so, please try to clear your cookies and cache and then try again. When I log in as you, I can see that your submission is shipped and the grade is displaying.

I've tried 3 different browsers and still the same ... click view status button / click submission number button ... then just a page with the coins submitted and in big letters grading / quality control ...

Hello,

The reason that you cannot see the order completed is because we did a partial shipment to you.  Once the entire order has shipped you will then be able to see all of the grades.
