Is this sellable? If so what would it bring back? Or what should I list it for? Was really salty when this came back.

Though it's a problem coin, it's definitely still sellable.  That I can tell you.  However, I can't help with the pricing on it.  But there are a lot of people here who do know classic US coins here who are active in collecting and selling classic US coins who may be able to help you with the pricing part.

I think you could post it here and get some information regarding that.
