Though the coin has been damaged by whizzing it still has value

Its ashamed the details got rubbed out like that.

Though it's a problem coin, it's definitely still sellable.  That I can tell you.  However, I can't help with the pricing on it.  But there are a lot of people here who do know classic US coins here who are active in collecting and selling classic US coins who may be able to help you with the pricing part.
