Proofs????

The Presidential dollars all look like business strikes to me. And, the blob S mint mark on the Anthony dollar is typical for that year. On proof coins, it is called a Type one. A new m/m punch for proofs was introduced that year, with a clear S. It is the Type two. This m/m was used in '80 and part of '81- where it is now referred to as the Type One - and another punch was introduced, called Type two, which was a little clearer, and had larger serifs. If that is confusing, the link below shows pictures of the different mint marks.
