2019 Silver and Gold Panda being "identified" by mint 0

I have seen advertisement in Modern Coin Mart (in the USA) and LPM (in Hong Kong) of 2019 silver panda and gold panda sets that are NGC slabbed and claim to have been identified by the three different mint. The evidence is "And to our knowledge, we're the only ones that have figured it out!" as can be seen in their advertisement here: https://www.moderncoinmart.com/tags/2019-gold-and-silver-pandas-signature-edition/

My questions are: what is the evidence and why are you being secretive about it?

I been looking to buy few weeks ago but astronomically high price compared to 2019 FDI.

If the coins are identical without any mint mark it makes no sense to label a coin from a specific mint.  This just makes everyone buy 4 identical coins.  NGC shouldn't be doing this.
