looks like a polished regular 1969 S cent. definitely not the major DDO, and I seriously doubt it is an impaired proof.

Considering it's just so regular view looked like doubling on date for sure to me. But okay I'm no expert so no it is... Thank you.

Agreed with Conder on all counts.....I see a polished, regular 1969-S Lincoln Cent.  The 1969-S Doubled Die is one of those varieties that's very noticeable and jumps right off the coin at you.  If you had one, you'd have no doubt of it.
