Yes it has some value, how much would depend on the condition of the coin.  Do NOT try cleaning it.

As Conder101 said, the value of a coin depends in a large part on its condition. It is particularly important with this coin, since, although it is relatively easy to find in circulated condition, and even in the lower uncirculated grades,  it is quite valuable in the highest grades.

If you would like to post pictures of both sides of the coin,  we can give an estimate of the grade.

Nice overall condition but it has a lot of rim damage 

That being said, it is a a more common date coin so you have not hit the gold mine on this one ... 

Nice that it has not been cleaned. 

Looks to have nice original skin.

I would say a Details AU coin ... Might have some (VAM) attributes but cant tell those until seen close up
