1949 s penny error?

Based on what I'm seeing, I don't think you have a 1949-S Cent nor an error.  I think what you have is a 1919-S cent with damage to the second 1 in the date.

Yes, it's a 1919-S. The mintmark style is that used 1917-41. A 1949-S cent has a larger S of different style.
