Indian Cent has unknown marking on both side have no clue as what may have caused them?

Appears to be post mint damage (PMD).  Whatever caused it removed most numismatic value from the coin.

Could've been a crimper of some sort.  Who knows.

Yeah I don't have a clue it has the exact same Mark's on the other side same spot just opposite direction the triangular shapes appears uniform I don't know if it's a die press like I said no clue here is a pic of the front

Not sure what kind of tool was used, but this is post strike damage not something that would have happened in production of the coin.
