Question for NGC

Why is the 2019 P 5oz APOLLO 11- 50TH ANNIVERSARY PF slot in the Modern Commemorative Silver Dollars, 1983-Date, Mint State and Proof set?

 

For many many years the US Mint issued  5oz of the America the Beautiful quarters and the  5oz quarters were not added to the National Parks Quarters, 2010-Date, Proof Issue sets?


Was there a change in NGC policy this year?

Does the 5oz coins have their own sets?

Thank you for the information. It appears your senior team is not consistent in their decisions from year to year

This decision adversely affects commemorative coin collectors.
