Okay found this tonight and. I was wanting some help from the veterans and all who wish to comment all is very appreciated and i thank you all for your input

Only thing I see in that image is a plating bubble (Probably linear plating bubble) in the field in front of the eye.

 My macro lense is acting out Thanks Conder i was looking at the one in between the w and e and the one in front of lincoln and the i in all three mic the same with digital mic in size was thinking it could be a filled die drop on the i here is a better. pic thanks for the reply

Yes the "dots" between WE are just your average plating blisters.
