Is a real 1804 silver coin?

Greetings from somewhere un Mexico.

Excuse forma my poor english, I speak just a little bit. 

My grandma have a coin that looks like a 1804 silver dollar, but we don't know if it is real. Can you help me?

She have another coins that look antique in his home, including a pair of mexican old coins, but, is a question for another topic.
