I found this 1993 and didn't know if it was striped or just an error.  It weighs approx. 2.48g which is pretty close to 1993 copper pennies.  It is not steel, it doesn't stick to a magnet at all. Any ideas?

It’s the zinc part of the copper zinc sandwich clad.

I wish i browsed here before making my post , i got a 1982 same condition coin .
