Returning a PF70 for a new slab holder

I just noticed one of my recently graded PF70's 2018 1/2 ounce Libertads RP's has a dark hair in the holder staring me right in the face on the obverse of the coin. Can I send this coin in to be reslabbed at NGC's expense? I hair inside a slab especially on a perfect coin is pretty disgusting.

Hi Don,

Thank you.  Please send your coin to NGC on a submission form and mark it as a “MECHANICAL ERROR”. Please state the reason for returning the coin as well. There will be no charge to have the label corrected. Please also send us a copy of the receipt for shipping this to us.
