1988 quarter off centered should I have it graded

I'd say no. I would not think the value exceeded the cost of grading (at all, but especially) by enough money to make it pay.

I have to agree with JKK. If the lettering had been "off the edge," it might be worth a premium to an error collector. This one is really close, but not quite there.

Not an off-center.  Mis-aligned die and as Just Bob said not worth a premium until it is so far off that part of the lettering/design is off the edge of the coin.
