So I found a 1972, it's a bit off center,and on the reverse "of" is very weak almost non-existent in comparison to United States. 

Is this anything worth checking out further?

The word "of" is sometimes shallow on Memorial Cents coined before the Mint lowered that coin's relief in 1984. Depressing Lincoln's shoulder resulted in fuller strikes.

As for being slightly off-center, this is not a collectible mint error unless a portion of the rim is actually missing.
