No variety plus 1959 dime error

I’m including a few pictures of a 1959 dime with the number “5” in front of Roosevelt’s eye.  I see no variety plus for this attribution/designation.  Have you seen this before and had inquiries regarding it?

The photos aren't quite big enough to see what you're describing, but it's likely to be the result of the dies clashing. The letters of E PLURIBUS are opposite that part of the obverse, and one of these inverted may look like a 5. While interesting, there is no added value to a die clash.
