Your coin is not broadstruck. It is within normal tolerance for the collar placement, though the dies may not have been perfectly aligned on a single axis. That alone does not constitute a mint error.

Thank you so much . When it comes to an off center strike when if ever would it be an error coin. I’ve been collecting silver for about three years now but must of it came from buying collections. A hoarder not a collector
