Criteria for Bulk submission?

Dear Mr. St. Croix,

Thank you for your question.  In order to submit in bulk, you would need to either be an Authorized NGC Dealer or and Elite member of the Collectors-Society.  You would need to submit a minimum of 100 of the same type of coin to qualify for bulk.  You would be charged per grade.
